Just got diagnosed

I finally go my full evaluation after 10 years of being dx with mixed anxious deoressed disorder. Im bipolar-non specified and autistic (I assume Asperger but they dont give that anymore). I can finally accept my self for my whole entity though that is hard. Im on meds,in cbt therapy and thriving.
It gets better, nevermind Im in 30s.

its such a relief to get the information diagnosis gives us. It gives us a new way to see "old things" and gives us more power to make changes in our lives that can help us do better each day.
