An autistic guy at a day program I work worries that he will get complaints from other staff members for making them uncomfortable just like he can’t be around a staff member who is a young woman he likes anymore. How do I deal with that?

Exactly what specific things was he doing that made that woman uncomfortable?

He was following her around and eroding her boundaries.

Has he been clearly informed of exactly what he was doing wrong, and does he understand exactly what he needs to avoid doing with other people in the future?

You have to give the person a good talking-to.

If the person continues doing this, despite being advised not to, maybe the person has to be terminated from the program.

Well, her problem is solved. But his problem isn't. Someone should teach him how to deal with women he likes. E.g. how to not become obtrusive. And that men are different to women, e.g. that many women constantly get "chased" by hordes of men trying to get into their pants. Which I would find extremely annoying if I was a woman, and it would make me become defensive.
