Package of 29 older tanks could be sent to help fight Russia as soon as refurbishments done, reports say

I thought the US and Germany are democracies?

Shouldn't the voters be canvassed before
a) applying embargoes on Russia
b) sending weapons to Ukraine?

This keeps reminding me of the Iraq war. We seem to have not learned our lesson about "manufactured consent"

Evidently not. 8)

Poor comparison, btw.
The war on Iraq was an illegal one involving baby Bush and "honest" John.
Australia is helping Ukraine which has been illegally invaded by a psychopathic mass murderer. 8)

I see even your Sky News doesn't support embargos on Russia.
They report Russia has now banned the sale of oil to Australia

Again if there was an opportunity to put this to a referendum then I would vote that Australia should stay out of the Ukraine war. If the Germans had any brains to think for themselves they would do the same.

Once again, you misrepresent the article you are talking about.
Sky News is simply reporting the news.
Copy and paste where you THINK Sky News DOESN'T support embargos on Russia.

Yes, I can see you doing that. 8)
