I think it's easy to compare ourselves to others. Certainly I know I do. I have friends who have given interviews on the radio. Other friends who have worked on games from well known franchises. Brilliant programmers, artists, musicians - I have quite the network of connections.

Yet I sit here and I look at my abandoned drawings. People tell me I should keep working on them, write a story to go along with it - make a book. Then there's the video game I made assets for but never fully finished. Sitting there. Mocking me.

One of my greatest fears is that I've reached my peak and this is just it. No more moving forward, no more development as a content creator.

Yet, others still encourage me to persist. I don't know what I'm doing or where I'm going and that's scary. Still, I hope this isn't it. I think I just needed to put this in words.
