Indicates they are able to listen and learn about things, but immediately walk the other way, if you exhibit any source of potential insecurity,abuse, etc..

She took charge & did not really consider my suggestions, ideas, or input partly due to her being smarter & more independent than me & also our relationship needing to be on her parents terms due to them being very traditional & she was dependent on them to pay for her college. I know that it can be extremely difficult for a relationship to be equally balanced since different people have different strengths & weakness & different personality traits but I at least need to feel like I'm heard. I'll admit that I did take charge sometimes in my 1st relationship & I do take charge sometimes in my current which is my 3rd but I want us to be able to have a discussion before making decisions & say what our pros & cons are. It's one thing for me to make a decision myself because she shuts down, does not speak up about her concerns, or she just does not have a major preference. But it's a lot worse if she tries to talk about it & I were to act very dismissive & unwilling to discuss it. Neither of us should have the it's my way or the highway attitude.

I'm sure I display LOTS of red flags but what they are would probably vary somewhat by the person analyzing me.

What are some red flags I've exhibited? Oh boy, I can't name them all. Lmao

Ones I've seen in other people are them being dismissive of my emotions, talking about animals as if their lives have no value, only wanting to engage in their interests with no attempts to engage in mine, etc. People that do multiples of these things usually make bad friends and partners because they only really are concerned with what they want and what they think, and not about you or anything else.

Asks to hear about your trauma cue heavy breathing.

- knows you’re struggling financially and offers you $1000 [which you don’t accept] while saying that they want nothing in return. It’s a platonic, “quasi-gay” relationship. Then a few days later, according to my records, the individual tries to push things in a sexual direction.

I'm pretty sure I saw a member post (deleted now) here calling out a behaviour that they were doing themselves by calling out the behaviour - that's some Red Flag inception s**t
