Today went to occupational therapy.

She made me move some boxes from the table to the floor to the ground and told me that I could only lift fifty pounds at work. (Plenty of merchandise weighs a lot more than 50 pounds)

She made me stand on one foot for thirty seconds. Bend forward and backward and to the side. Lying down, hamstring stretch.

She asked some questions. She asked if I have difficulty grocery shopping and I answered that food Maxx and Safeway had the nerve to tell me that I got "caught stealing". (They mistook me for someone else). She asked me if I had difficulty in the litterbox. I answered constipation.

She seemed nice, professional and competent and caring and authentic. (Things are not always the way they appear)

Her report was pretty good

(The reason why my doctor referred me to the occupational therapy is because my back hurts sometimes and I am rapidly getting weaker and I am worried that I will get made redundant if I get any weaker)
