For those that like a crispier crust, most pizzas are best baked at about 500F on preheated cast iron. I'll then reduce the cooking time by roughly 500/ whatever the recommended cooking temperature was. This works best with thinner crust pizzas, YMMV with thicker pizzas.

I'll then set it out on the stove top for the crust to continue to crisp up. That bit is a bit experimental, but it will continue to cook a bit without burning the cheese.

Also, on a side note, pizza dough from the grocery store is an excellent dough for back at home bagels. It's close enough, just boil in water with a bit of baking soda and bake.

this is my lava-hot take: people hate it for some reason but I think Little Caesar's has the best pizza. Paired with their sauce it's exquisite!

I LOVE Little Caesar's.

That cheesy bread gimmick is bs. Just a way to use their left over crusts. And they are nutrionally redundant if you eat them with pizza.

My favorite dish, but cheese is fatty so I try to abstain.

I don't like oregano on it, I love fresh rocket on it, and fresh tomatoes but tomato sauce too. I love basil, rosemary on it or a pizza mix condiment.

I prefer salami but ham is good too, less fat.
I don't like pineapple on it.

I like some spicy stuff but on the milder side. Garlic butter is fine but with limits. Pickled hot peppers are nice and not extreme heat. However capsaicin is causing me gas so lay off peppers altogether.

Love corn.

Favorite frozen pizza brand: Red Baron.
Not a fan of New York style. I much prefer Dominos or Little Caesars.

Red Baron with some extra spices on it makes it sooooo sooooog good.

Whenever frozen pizzas don't have enough pepperoni on them, I buy a pack of the stuff just in case. The hardest part is resisting the urge to snack on it.

just put on extra?! like it's a lunchable?! Yeah companies try to get you with that kind of thing, but why not add something unrelated like corn or spicy sauce instead of breaking the rules...though i don't know what rules one would be breaking lol

I've been dying for pizza for ages.
We don't get it anymore bc they make you pay at the door instead of online. :(
I don't do interaction. :(

Load it up with anything but make it well done.
