Hi everyone! I recently had a sudden loss that has caused a lot of grief. Since then, I have been getting more overstimulated, and getting like this much quicker than usual. I feel like I'm unable to go outside at all because I will end up getting so overwhelmed that I feel like I have to throw up. does anyone have an experience like this? and additionally, if there's any advice on how to move forward, I'd much appreciate it. I also have therapy soon for further advice, but wanted to seek sooner advice from folks that might understand. thank you :D

I haven't had that experience but my advice would be that for right now, when you are going through this stressful time, go easy on yourself. If you are getting overstimulated by going outside or whatever else, try to avoid those things. It's just for now, you're not going to avoid them forever. I would try to make it easier on yourself for right now, by staying away from things that will overwhelm you, if you can.
