I did tell the doctor I was under a lot of stress (get it? Under a lot of stress, as in living under people that are causing
stress  ). Anyway, I didn't go into it all, because I was there for a pre-booked blood test, not an actual medical complaint appointment, but she did say it could be stress contributing to these things.

Yep.
I had a swelling on my forehead due to stress while I was at Uni.
Size of a half egg that moved around.
It could have been an alien embryo that didn't develop and got reabsorbed into my body, however.

Stress can bring on some strange things.

Did you tell the doc that much of your stress is likely self imposed due to probably hyochondria so that they could assess and address it?

That's the only way you're going to properly deal with your recurring medical anxieties & stress.

How do you know the prescription would be therapy?

Further, you have gov’t healthcare like we do. Therapy may be provided.

Seems odd that someone hyper concerned about their health wouldn’t inquire about treating their medical condition that causes them to be so excessively worried about their health.

Unlikely, considering the amount of time
you’re home and hate listening to the upstairs neighbours during the day.

I meant work-wise. I do work Monday to Friday you know, and therapy services don't run at weekends or evenings on the NHS.

The neighbours are constantly making a noise when I'm there, that doesn't mean I'm there 24/7. My boyfriend is usually home while I'm at work and he says they make a noise during those times too.

So just...don't.

Perhaps your pattern recognition skills are not very developed.

You have a very long posting history of shouting the sky is falling every time you experience anything medical in the slightest. You really should address that trywith a doctor or therapist.

I start with a medical doctor. Have him/her do x-rays and MRI of your midsection. (It’s how I found out I had kidneystones last year, after a trip to the emergency room at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Memorial Hospital here in West Manchester Township. If they find something, go from there. If not then talk to a therapist, just as long as they don’t try forcing psych drugs down your gullet.

Blood test confirmed I have glandular fever. f**k knows where I got that from and if it was linked to the ear infection/vertigo I had. My partner hasn't got it. But I suppose it explains the pain I had in my spleen.
So yeah, I knew it was something I had and that it wasn't all in my head. I suppose I've got to worry about my liver now.

All I get is one thing after another. I know it's because I'm under stress because of them c***s living upstairs. I hate them. They're f*****g costing me my health. I wish I could get back at them. I hate them. I f*****g hate them.

Well if I can pick something like that up without hardly going out around too many people or kissing anyone other than my boyfriend (who doesn't have it) then what else am I likely to get out of the blue? Covid next I suppose. More time off work.
