I thought this was a really cool little video (11:27 in length). I've seen some of Mark's other videos on other topics and what I like about him, aside from having quite a sharp and observant sense of humor, is that he also comes up with a lot of interesting point / counter-point examples. From the start of the video he compares John Lennon's life and his having written 'All We Need Is Love' to Trent Reznor having written 'Love Is Not Enough' and how the former was in a lot of ways a crappy person (Lennon) where as Reznor was the kind of guy who went out of his way to do things right.

The overall gist of what's here and I think it's value - if you feel excluded, obsolete, etc. for thinking like an actual responsible adult about the topic on love and relationships, you get reminded here that you're not obsolete in your thinking, you're just thinking like a responsible adult and regardless of whether it's 'in style' to think like a responsible adult it still leads to better and more stable life outcomes.

I use the word "love" here not merely in the personal sense but as a state of being, or a state of grace - not in the infantile American sense of being made happy but in the tough and universal sense of quest and daring and growth.” - James Baldwin
