One of my coworkers asked me if I have any social media accounts and I am lowkey super happy that someone wants to talk to me outside of work. I feel anxious about it though because I'm not good at talking to people, and I am lowkey scared to befriend anyone from work and then ruin it.

I think I'm experiencing what people say they sometimes go through when talking to people with ASD - being talked at incessantly about 'x'.
