Post something that made you feel weird today, whether that be something you saw, tasted, smelled or did, anything that made you feel weird.

I made myself a cup of coffee earlier , 2 sugars, 2 spoons of coffee mate, milk and hot water, forgot to put coffee in and didn't notice till I'd practically finished the drink.

Deciding I need to stop living on ice cream, so therefore buying four BINS of it and spending $200 even though it was on sale and I normally refuse to buy ice cream on sale because then I'll buy four BINS of it instead of eating my veggies.

Stayed up too late, so I woke up too late, so all of my day was weird. Keep getting into the habit of crashing out in the afternoon so I don't eat until late, and then I can't eat enough because it feels hateful, so I get even more tired and do it again. Need to be careful with that because restricting food is like an addiction for me, it feels so good and bloody awful at the same time.


My muscles definitely don't like it lol, I'm still sore after 3 rest days.

I was making party bags for a child's party (just adding sweets , small toy etc) and I systematically put one of each variety of sweet in each bag to make it even and fair which took a while just for two sweets per bag, until someone said WTF are you doing? stop being so anal, just make sure there are roughly the same amount of sweets in each bag, dont worry about the variety.

Realising that what I have is a mental health disorder and not that I don't actually have magical powers.

Yeah it's good because I can get treatment but it's also made me rethink my whole life.
