Good for you. I really admire people who don't do weed or other stupid drugs like that or drink too much alcohol to self-medicate (assuming you don't).

I have a lot of general and social anxiety but I self-medicate with healthy food (such as herbs), sleep, love and artistic hobbies.

Anyone tried Intuniv?

It’s an ADHD add-on med for autistic people.

Can also be monotherapy.

Starting it with my Vyvanse.

Thank you. I've done quite a lot of experiments on myself to find out what herbs suit me! haha.

I couldn't take drugs or alcohol anyway as one little bit of those make me ill immediately. I'm hyper sensitive to anything like that.

Joe I thought of you when I read this for Intuniv, because it mentions Rejection Sensitivity.

I'll let you know what I think of it.

Starting just 1mg.

Mine is to improve my sleep and lower BP.

I take Paxil and Risperidone for my depression and anxiety. It works well enough.
