Its for relaxation. I can't sleep with it on either. It is two different frequencies playing in different ears that makes up a pulsating sound. It helps with relaxation, meditation, increased awareness and focus.

I have headphones on right now. Is there a good link of where to find an example?

I can't say I'm familiar with it but it is somewhat like some new age CDs I have that are good for going to sleep to.

Welcome!

I am also I defeated in music, gardening ( though I only have a small patio so only have a hydrangea in a lot right now) Japanese television. I haven't watched a lot of korean tv but the ones I have seen have been really good. I study different religions and mythology a lot. Spirituality is a fascinating subject.

It's amazing how music can express the words and feelings that are hard to.explain.

I listened to this one on headphones for quite a while and enjoyed it quite a bit, although that was 13 hours ago and I'm still wide awake. Haven't even tried to sleep yet. I'll definitely try it again!

Thank you for the idea!
