Jeans, T-shirts (mostly from The Mountain), colorful riding socks, and either sneakers or Crocs. Fairly simple.

Two keywords here: "Cotton", and "black" (or at least very dark)...
My "standard uniform" consists of black jeans with a black belt, a black T-shirt underneath a long-sleeved shirt. The latter should preferably have a chest pocket, and generally as little text, design or other "flashy" things on it. The long-sleeved shirt I'm wearing as I write these lines opens in the front with a zipper -- this along with the T-shirt allows for some adjustments for how hot it is at the office... :)

in the summer, shorts or capris with tanks
otherwise jeans and long sleeve Tshirts, sometimes sweatshirts.
When you are with children all day casual is always good :)

I don't have my clothes figured out well enough yet. I do know that I like cotton clothes (preferably stretch knit) and LOVE bamboo and lyocel clothing, but those can be expensive and tricky to find. I have only one pair of jeans that are comfortable enough to wear. They are the Levi's Superlow Stretch kind. Right now I am wearing a comfy black cotton blend top with a brown corduroy low rise DKNY short skirt with pleats. My favorite shoes are my Komodo sandals. They are super lightweight and very comfortable. I am very glad to have discovered them and can now probably sell most of my other shoes.

I want to simplify my wardrobe with some very comfortable pretty dresses because I dislike having any clothing pester my middle, and I'd prefer to have outfits that only require one piece rather than two or more. Do any ladies have any suggestions as far as what brands/styles of dresses I should look for?

That sounds good. I almost always wear my shirts with pearl button shirts.

My current issue is with cowboy boots. When my thyroid quit a few years ago, my legs swelled up a whole lot and I could no longer wear boots. They've gone down quite a bit and so I'm looking for boots that I can wear (spent some time in the city on Monday looking for a pair but my legs are still too large to fit comfortably). I know that they build boots with a larger shaft but I couldn't find any in the stores.

Blue jeans, a T-shirt, and slip-on shoes, every day. Plus undergarments, of course. I have a Doctor Who zip hoodie that I wear when it’s cool/cold. I think I have a couple polo shirts and a pair of tan pants somewhere from when I worked, and the skirt I wore for choir in junior high (black and touches the floor). And I like my clothes so loose-fitting that all my shirts fit after gaining 40 pounds during chemo

Usually anything with a hood in the winter, and jeans or ordinary trousers, and trainers (sneakers) or boots.

In the summer I usually wear shorts and t-shirt and sandals.

In bed I wear my birthday suit.

I need to clean out my wardrobe. I have clothes that I bought during masking episodes that I won’t wear now that I’m 28 and found my style.

I usually just wear a lose plain white tShirt & a pair of shorts; I do wear underwear as well though of corse  I lived in Louisiana till I was 30 & the weather there is hot & humid for most of the year. I have a low tolerance for heat & humidity & I also have touch sensitivities as well. I'll wear other cloths for going out when I need to like when I was going to school or working or when the weather is cold but I'd change back into shorts after I got home. I live in Vermont now & I wear long pants & a jacket for going out on cold or cooler days but I'd still change back into shorts when I get home even when the temp is bellow freezing outside. I'd much rather raise the heater a little than wear long pants.

Colours

Accents : Black, Navy, Tiger-Eye brown, Rose Gold, Silver or Gold.

Main : Purple, Forest Green, Blue or Dark Rose. Think of a coral reef.

Styles

Punk : Patchwork flannel or a T-shirt with diamonds paired with cuffed jeans.

Elegant + Punk : A jumpsuit or a dress with a rose pattern + a faux leather jacket. Silver jewellery.

Vintage + Elegant : Black T-shirt + checked skirt or a horizontal striped dress.

Casual Androgynous : Loose button-up shirt, neck chain and smart trousers or jeans. Canvas shoes.

Femme casual : Solid colour dress (or a solid or minimal pattern crop top and jeans) wedge sandals and a heart necklace.

I really like punk and bohemian fashion.

You have a really cool style.

My style involves jeans, knee length shorts (or slightly above), band tees or a t-shirt with a cute logo (I just bought a bright purple tee with a unicorn, rainbow and castle on it), feminine blouses (such as peasant blouses), flowy dresses, bright colored or pastel colored sneakers, tons of jewelry. I also have quite the purse collection.
