I want to...
make wine and mead and ales
grow plants to look at, that benefit wildlife, give materials to utilize, and to consume, as well
live on a property that I have full access to
cook almost every day
get away from my sister
sell yaupon (if I am stuck here in SE TX for a while more)
bake bread again
be able to walk to a market that has most of what I need that I cannot produce myself
be near an "untouched" place which can be accessed easily enough from my residence
preserve and/or convert foodstuffs (pickle, can, ferment, make cheese/yogurt, etc.)
care for a cat again
lessen my "footprint" on the environment

and that's pretty much it.

Why is it so f-n diffi... oh... yeah... right... I should post THAT part under "politics"

Sounds like some pretty great wishes. Like everything in life, easier said than done. Can you do some of them? Maybe you could make pickles?

Make a bucket list that you can tick off as you get to do the ones that are easiest or the most practical given your current resources.

Ticking off things can give a sense of achievement even if it's just minor victories to begin with and encourage bigger dreams to come.
