Warm. I live in the desert SW USA, and often won't even use my AC.

I really dislike extremes, especially as an individual who has to walk most places.

I want a place that is temperate, has a still wind, is just humid enough to not be overly dry.

60s to 70s F Some people call that cool, others warm. For me, it's my Goldilocks zone.

That sounds perfect, but if I have to choose an extreme, definitely cold. I hate heat.

Totally agree! I feel cold if it is below ~65 Fahrenheit and hot if it is above ~75. Living in the Mid-Atlantic means we only get 2-3 weeks of that in Late April/Early May and another couple weeks in Late September / Early October though
