To summarize, he made specific threats of violence and repeatedly posted evidence that he possessed the means to act on those threats. The FBI complaint specifically acknowledges these facts. He was also armed at the time.
But according to some formerly respected individuals, fascism isn't an ideology, it's when stupid prizes result from stupid games.

Umm, evidence shows the guy was nuts, armed, and threatened the FBI never mind his various threats of political assassinations. 0% chance the FBI just hangs out outside, unarmed, and waits to have a relaxed conversation about him accepting that he's now under arrest and coming with them. 100% they were obligated by their training, and personal senses of self preservation, to go in guns drawn to ensure their own safety during apprehension of this self declared presidential assassin and lethal threat to the FBI. Guy was armed when they went it to get him - I wasn't there, but somehow I doubt he was just cleaning his guns lol. Aim guns at law enforcement = get shot. You'd think you'd be happy that good guys with guns stopped a bad guy with a gun.

Just for the record: If this guy was a lefty he’d have deserved the exact same treatment for his actions.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Doesn’t matter what his political leanings were - shouldn’t make any difference. Threaten to assassinate the POTUS, other politicians, and federal agents = get treated as armed and dangerous when they come to apprehend you.. point your gun at the FBI and that’s your final act.

I thought conservatives were of the mindset that loud mouths, like this old fart or his Orange Jesus, were free to shoot their mouths off, as it's a first amendment right! Had he been arrested for just making threats before actually trying to attack Biden, the right would be screaming about how his - and Trumps' - freedom of speech was being taken away.
