It sounds like he was trying to manipulate you into feeling guilty. You shouldn’t give your passwords to anyone. You did the right thing. I’m sorry that you had to deal with that.

Why didn’t he believe me? A man should believe his girlfriend. Giving him my password probably won’t work, I’m in California & he lives in France.

I don’t think he was being honest with you. He probably does believe you. He might be trying to make you feel guilty so you’ll give him your password. What is the password for?

To check on something, I said I don’t understand, he wanted my Apple ID& password.
I could understand wanting that info if you were living together & sharing access to the account to avoid paying a second subscription or so you wouldn't both have to purchase the same shows & music; me & my gf share streaming access with each other & she shares with her immediate family. However your situation is very suspicious considering that you never met him in person & he lives in another country. You were smart not to give him that info.

That makes his request seem even worse, somehow.

Why would an NT be so interested in a vulnerable autistic woman, and why would he want her passwords? :chin:

He did not care what I had, he loved me & I had a kind heart as a woman. I met him over 5 years ago.

I texted him, he read them, he ignoring my texts 8O 8O :(  I think it over. When we met over 5 years ago, we met on OkCupid, he was my boyfriend, we were planning on meeting, he was doing work in a different country, we had fight & broke up, we stayed in touch & he was my friend. I really thought he was the one. I texted him this.

Why you not answering my question? I guess we no longer friends either. Why you have to ask for my password? This is the last time I will talk to you. I have enough problems in life , you won’t care anyway

I suppose there could be innocent reasons for this-he wanted access to some Apple music or something and couldn't afford an account himself, or there was something that could only be accessed thru Apple that he needed access to.

It is sad. After we broke up the first time & stayed friends years ago, I found out why we stayed friends, he was still in love with me & he wanted me, he made me feel so special. I CANNOT believe it’s over.

It might take a bit of time to get used to him not being in your life

We can only do our best to move forwards in life though and it is really hard as well

one of the most agonizingly frustrating things in life is to find that a great or dominant thing in our lives has a fatal flaw. when that happens it can make us feel like no longer living among other people. that happened to me back in the 2000s when i determined that people [in general] and me were incompatible and that i could hardly trust nobody. so i became a hermit and didn't correspond with anybody outside of my family and one good friend. i hope for you, Kitty, that you find somebody trustworthy and deserving of your attentions.

He wasn’t just my boyfriend, he was my best friend too, I turn to him the most when I couldn’t sleep or had acid reflux, it was easy to talk to him, I can have trouble talking to my other friends, I can have trouble talking to my sister, my dad & other family members. He was my safety net. He texted me on Sunday, he only wrote ‘ok’ I’m tired of hurting.

Usually, when someone breaks up, there is a bigger picture. However, it's the little things like that which can cause a breakup.
