When he told you to leave him alone it might not even have been about that

He might have been in the middle of doing something and he just didn't wanna talk to you

Well he said "Your using mental ilness issues as an excuse for sending those messages to me". He obviously does not believe me when I told him it wasn't me who sent it


A week ago I heard him snigger behind my back about my autism

He's not gonna hurt you Jamesy. I doubt he would put himself at risk of being up on an assault charge

If you truly feel unsafe then you know what you need to do

I have been pacing around the house all day today. I feel so nervous about everything

Take some deep breaths and have a nice cold drink or something

I used to really fancy this girl in college and I remember around her my anxiety levels were sky high
