Iff a girl touches your arm?

I would freak out if a woman I didn't know suddenly started touching my arm or any stranger touching me anywhere really outside a medical setting. This reminds me when I was a teenager at the skating rink with a couple high-school friends & teen girl I didn't really know(she didn't go to my school) started touching me leg & I freaked out. Afterwards I assumed she was just messing with me. It just occurred to me that maybe she thought I looked cute or something

My one aunt often touches people’s arms when she talks to them. She does it to everyone no matter their gender. It’s just part of her communication style and her way of being friendly.

Then she just touched your arm.

Yep, if a woman is touching somebody because she dislikes them, it's usually pretty obvious, and kind of painful. If it's just an intentional touching, it means that her attitude is probably somewhere between neutral and positive.

Or, she's screwed up in the head and trying to get her boyfriend to fight over her. (Not that that's common)

It means that she likes you and you should pursue her.

If a girl touches your arm, it means she touched your arm.

Also a girl 18 and over is not a girl. She's a woman. Calling her a girl is infantilization, which is dehumanizing.

That's where context matters a bit. There's different ways of touching, some are accidental, but if it's intentional touching, that can be meaningful. In my experience, women don't just touch random strangers, at least not typically.
