I think there can be some confusion about what the Love and Dating forum is for.

I think it's for discussing interpersonal relationships having a level of emotional intensity higher than what is discussed in the making friends forum.

It's a difficult area for a lot of people so it's not surprising. And I agree they should be made welcome.

Agreed. People are more likely to seek out support type stuff when they are experiencing distress.
