I'd really like to know what signals I'm telegraphing because, even when I want to, I don't seem to make it onto many people's threat matrix.
I get strange kids pretending I'm a set of walking monkey bars. I'll end up dragging around foundlings attached to my leg in supermarkets. Old ladies come to sit next to me at railway stations.
I was 6' 6" wearing a bike jacket, studs and mirrored sunnies !
What? People crane their necks up, think "I suppose he could do some damage, but there is ZERO probability?"
Doesn't that make my bad boy camouflage completely ineffective?
Maybe not...maybe men work things out differently.
I doubt that the reason I so rarely get in fights is because I'm too tall... In fact, quite the opposite.
I think someone (usually way shorter) looking to fight thinks I'm a perfect target.
In a confrontational scenario most guys leave me alone because I'm non threatening.
I also assumed I might trip a few gaydars :D

Haha.
I get that too.
Wherever I go, old ladies, kids and animals are drawn to me like a magnet.
Wherever I sit, I get someone plonking down beside me and tellling me their life story.
I can be waiting at the crossing and the person next to me will start telling me random facts about their childhood and where they work.
I had to run away from an old lady this morning.
Said I'd be late for work.
Phew!
Cats, dogs and kangaroos want to be my best friend.
Birds want to adopt me.
I went to a sports event recently and ended up having kids joining me on my bench and chatting about - oh - everything.
A couple of kids came to me for first aid advice, even though there was a first aid person at the event??
I have mentioned on WP before that my superpower is in appearing completely non-threatening.
No idea why this happens.
