After my sleep and asthma were disrespected repeatedly
I had a bit of a meltdown, althrough I would say it was a semi-coherent
shouting match which tbh is pretty common in all relationships.

The agitator was so horrible it seems to have had a permanent effect.
He did not respond to anything I said, except with snarky comebacks
based on sort of arguments he knew would work from before.

He later started recording me and made me out to be dangerous to the
other housemates.

Something about being treated in such a dismissive way, and made to be the villain during that
period of expression has had a crushing lasting psychological effect.
Like there is nothing I can do to be heard.
I wondered if anyone can relate or describe what happened and how to recover.

I second skibum’s sentiment.

Unfortunately we autistics do not “shake it off” well and ruminate about bad things that happen to us too long.
