Don't have PDA
If you do not have PDA please do not answer this topic.

Do have PDA or suspected
I can't cope with demands and they cause me so much pain. I can never seem to change that, have any of you made any progress with demands, even your own? If so, what did you do?

Oh OK. I didn't place the abbreviation. My girlfriend has this on top of other various stuff & she hasn't made much progress so I'm gonn follow this thread.

Unfortunately no, even leisure activities often send me in a procrastination/avoidance cycle. Like who the hell gets overwhelmed by the thought of playing video games? :oops:
