Why go to nightclubs when they are worse places to meet...

I watched a video by the YouTuber Courtney Ryan about the best and worst places to meet women which some how seem to ease the worries of missing out because I didn't spend a lot of time trying to meet people in certain social environments. She said that nightclubs are the worse places to meet women because of the noise and not being in a sober state of mind, another worse place is a strip club and half best and half worst places were at work and online dating.

I can't understand why people still recommend places like clubs to meet people. Even a colleague at work told me a nightclub is not an ideal way of meeting a woman.
