I look at other people of my age, younger or a bit older in relationships or married with kids and think they are more content with life and have everything is sorted in their lives whereas before they weren't but I clearly don't know other people's lives. I feel like I'm stuck in time and it feels like everyone else has moved on but me because I'm still single.
I feel that if I was currently with someone, people like my dad and stepmum will respect me more and there will be no more pressure and I won't feel patronised or infantilized even though they probably don't and are just expressing their thoughts on how happy I am in life. As I said in a thread before, I feel left out and awkward sometimes around my stepmum's family and a lot of them are in relationships, married and have kids. When I go to Essex, it reminds me of the UK's The Only Way is Essex and think they are more good looking than me when I'm around because I don't look like Mark Wright or Joey Essex. There were no guys with autism as far as I'm aware on that show.
