Don't know, but I've thought for a long time that the world would be a much better place if the human race became extinct. The way we're going that may not be so far away.

No, if he identifies western corporate factories as the cause of global warming, he isn't an environmentalist. He doesn't want to take over Saudi Arabia to keep the oil in the ground and not use it - he sees it as a potential source of political, economic, religious and personal power.

I don't agree with much of that article, but they did nail it when they said "Bin Laden sounds like a spoilt middle-class brat sticking two fingers up at his family and former friends (he was once close to various Saudi rulers) for getting all money-obsessed, man."

If I had to guess, I would have to say he doesn't actually believe most of what he's saying. It sounds like he's just trying to take a popular stance on hot-button issues in order to gain sympathy/support.

I believe he is anti global corporatist....but the environmentalism thing? I'm not too sure.
