right after posting them.

I go and read them so I can check for;
spelling,
grammar,
content,
missing thoughts I wanted to write but didn't,
inappropriate comments,

and

JUST TO REVEL IN MY GENIUS! :wink: :D

see, I'm back already to edit :D

I usually re-read my posts several times before I quit and go back to the forums to look for other new posts.
When I want to respond to a post I have commented in previously, I will go to my original comment so I can remember what I said and how I said it before I make a new comment.

I'm gonna go and read this post now... see ya... :P

I usually Preview and read over a post at least 5 times before I finally hit Submit...then I read it again, and occasionally still have an edit. 8O

For some reason, the preview is just like this 'post a reply' page for me, and it's hard for me to get a good picture of what my post is like.
I have to post it, then see it in the forum so it makes better sense to me.
Weird huh? :wink:

I usually overconfidently hit the 'submit' button (but only in long and involved posts), only to read the post later, find things wrong with it and then edit it later. I should really get into the habit of using the 'preview' function. And yes, I do sometimes revel in my "genius." lol. You're not alone, Mate.

Most of the time I'll re-read my posts after posting. Sometimes I'll catch a mistake like a missing word but not always.

try to make it a point not to reread, because if I do I'll never post or will change to much... I do research sometimes. The worst part is that I research stuff that doesn't matter if I do or not, I think...
