I never heard of Rolf Harris before, but I do remember listening to the song about the kangaroo when I was a kid.

Don't know about USA, but in Finland, Rolf is known for hosting the "Animal Hospital".

Also, there's a popular children's song "Katso kenguru loikkaa" (Watch the Kangaroo Leap). It's translated from Rolf's "Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport".

Hmm, I try to add something on-topic... I've already mentioned some LZ favourites, so I move on to Robert Plant's post-LZ career: I really like "Big Log" and "Most High".

I will have to check out those songs on YouTube.

Here is my favorite LZ song When The Levee Breaks

I'm a late convert to Led Zeppelin so I haven't heard everything, but I like All My
Love.
One of the best songs I've heard wasn't actually performed by LZ but is a current
track partly co-written by Jimmy Page & Robert Plant on the latter's new album with Alison Krauss. It's called 'Please Read The Letter'.

Older members from the UK might remember the Old Grey Whistle Test, which was a great, mainly live, music programme on TV for many years.
They played some Led Zep songs, but because Zep didn't play in the studio they put together some really good music videos to show while they were playing the Zep songs. They were usually black and white. I remember Tugboat Willy was in one but I can't remember which song went with that. Anyway, this one's a classic; Trampled Underfoot.

Same here, but if you click "quote" and then copy the link, that works.

At the moment, it's "When the Levee Breaks."

Led Zeppelin is certainly one of the best bands ever. How did '70s rock ever go out of style?

I often wonder that too. Maybe it never did really, it was just waiting in the wings waiting for the next generation to discover how good it was :)

I read the tickets for the reunion concert are selling for thousands...apparently someone paid £85,000 for a ticket! 8O 8O

I hope the videos are working OK now? Not sure what happened with those.

I can see the vids now okay thanks. The music was much better back in the day. I just can't stand rap music.

It's always been Stairway. I don't care how cliche it is. LOL!
Immigrant Song is a very close 2nd.

I hoped there would be some Youtube vids of the reunion concert but so far there's only a few joke ones ( how cruel) Anyway, here's a tiny weeny bit about it from the news.

Definitely a "wish I'd been there" concert! :)
