Thanks for posting that Thyme. I love the guitar in that, and the slow, rolling rhythm goes so well with the train video at the beginning, like the sound the engine and wheels makes. :)

This is a brilliant one too, "Over the Hills and Far Away" :-

some years ago we had a tv show (The Money or the Gun) that always finished with "Stairway to Heaven" as it was said to be the world's best ever song, performed by different artists each week. A CD was released with all 25 different versions.

Here's one

8O Really? Glad I'm not Welsh then. I would hate to have any blame, however remote, for Rolf being here. Times like this, I'm so happy that I'm Norwegian.

Thyme, I love your new avvie! 8)

I was just kidding, I am Welsh really, well, half Welsh, half English.

Rolf is a bit of a joke here, but he's a national treasure really, (so he should be kept in the Tower of London with the crown jewels  ) Is he very well known in the US? He had a few hit songs here years ago "Jake the Peg" and "Two Little Boys" plus his more recent and 'unusual' version of Stairway 8O

Don't know about USA, but in Finland, Rolf is known for hosting the "Animal Hospital".

Also, there's a popular children's song "Katso kenguru loikkaa" (Watch the Kangaroo Leap). It's translated from Rolf's "Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport".

Hmm, I try to add something on-topic... I've already mentioned some LZ favourites, so I move on to Robert Plant's post-LZ career: I really like "Big Log" and "Most High".
