A South Carolina woman who claimed that her mentally disabled daughter was raped more than a decade ago settled a lawsuit for $250,000 with the company that was providing care at the time.

Brenda Bryant said Monday she settled with the Babcock Center after a legal fight that recently ended up in the state Supreme Court.-"Money can never undo what has already been done," Bryant said. "It's a shame that it took 10 years." view article
