Recently, I purchased a Microsoft Word 2000 disk, installed it on my computer, changed my mind, and un-installed it. I want to try and sell it online, but my question is, will the EULA announcement come up for a new user, saying that it was previously installed, even though I'm not using it?

I'm pretty positive it won't be a problem. There are some slimy sorts of copy protection which will do that sort of thing, but few of them are found on 7 year old software.

You can resell the software just don`t steal the product key from someone else. In other words use the oringinal product key.
