As a person who owns a Charles Darwin T-shirt, I think you know where I stand on this issue.

So far I'm the only "hater", so perhaps I need to clarify.
I hated it as a school subject, and still I couldn't care less about different plants. I just can't distinguish one "grass" from another.
But I like animals, and I know anatomy and basic medicine because I do shiatsu and happen to be otherwise curious too.

I love biology, but I didn't get a very grade in my high school bio class because I wasn't interested in memorizing the Krebbs Cycle.

It was interesting as a school subject, but I don't care much for it now. I'm more of a technical science person ;)

I do bio too.

To anyone: what do you find most engaging about it?

What developments do you foresee, including in biotech?

Paleontology is my favorite part of biology.

For example, check out Armadillosuchus.

I'm also fascinated by tapeworms and their life cycle.

Better watch out! The food chain has a stowaway!

I also find mites to be incredibly fascinating. They literally live all around us, eating our dead skin flakes, having sex in our houses and pumping out kids. All of this happens all around us every day and we don't see it.

There might be some mites having sex in your sweat pores right now.
