Heh, typically i cannot do more then 1 thing at a time, so ill be healthy :)

Yes it is way more efficient to do one thing at a time. Less likely to make mistakes and have to do the whole thing over again. Of course employers could care less and measure efficiency more on speed than the quality of work. This is my main pet peeve about capitalism.
