Left-Brained or Right-Brained? (Watch the Picture)

I finally got it; if you do the half screen on the legs, because there's no "line" distinguishing the legs when they cross, you can alter your perception of direction.

Whoa, that's wierd. When I stare it her, she starts to spin either way, clockwise or anti clockwise. I can't even control it.

That actually works. If you look hard enough and change your perception just as she turns, you can make her turn left and right instead of in a circle. That is so cool!

I figured out how to make her spin the other way without blinking: just scroll down so you only see the shadow, imagine her going the other direction, then scroll up again.

Yeah I get the same thing the it was going clockwise at first, now if I look at it for too long it changes allot. It is making my eyes feel funny.

This must really be screwing with my mind because it seems like sometimes shes on her left leg and sometimes on her right.

Right brained... I find that really confusing... lol

Has anyone tried looking at this at the same time with another person, to verify whether two different people perceive the dancer as going in opposite directions at the same time?

I watched her earlier today and only saw her go clockwise - I couldn't make her switch directions. Then my husband & I looked at it together. He also saw her going clockwise at first, but then he started watching her shadow and when he looked back up at her, she'd changed directions. I tried this and the same thing happened. Must be something to do with switching between watching her vs her shadow. It's weird.

Watch her shadow on the floor...I can make her go from side to side for awhile, then change direction.

still can't make her change....you guys aren't pulling my leg are you?

She's clearly moving clockwise. Anyone who says differently is either confused or making things up. Well, maybe not; but I only see clockwise.

Not a balance to be ashamed of, but I guess my deal is that I'm better with function than name, and am fantasy based, impetuous, and risk taking. I suppose... I can't argue.

And was it wrong of me to get hung up on the shapely female form being used at the test image? I call gender bias! This test is gender biased! Well... Maybe.

Weird. I can't see her moving in any direction. When I look at her I just start getting a bit blurry eyed and I feel sick after a while.

Actually, to me it just looks like a woman walking away from me. Not spinning.

I saw the girl dancing counter-clockwise at first sight, and I could change to dancing clockwise easily.

I think I'm Left-Brained
