Yesterday we were on the road going through a U-Turn and I just started cracking up, and I remember laughing out of no where growing up also. And the other day I was staring at the wall and started laughing my ass off, with no thoughts going through my mind haha. Anybody else find themselves giggling or laughing out of nowhere, over nothing?

YES!! Here is something very weird. When I was 12 I was reading a magazine, cant recall had somethin to do with some place, and in it was a picture of Albert Einstine, just a regular picture of him, i cracked up, not sure why, and my parents thought I was goin nuts.

Heh, must be a momentary chemical imbalance er somethin...

This happened to me once when I was sitting alone in the dark at my cousins house. I was in their finished off basement and it was pitch black cause the lights were off. But I think what your talking about is just a release of happiness in an unexpected time, which actually isnt all that unusual.

Usually I get set off by something mundane, or I'll start laughing when a mate tells a joke, even if they haven't said anything funny yet

Constantly, and it isn't a good thing when you're supposed to be a respectable mom.

Does laughing at some random weirdness that happens to be going on in my head count as "nothing"? It may seem to be so, to someone who was observing me when I happen to just start laughing. Or are you all talking about something else, literally laughing with no apparent reason attached? :?

My autistic son laughs at stuff only he can see quite constantly; I would hesitate to ascribe it to "nothing" though, which is why I mention stuff "only he can see". But if you watched him, he would also look to be laughing at nothing; and in his case, I'm really not sure.

What is Santa Claus always going "Ho! Ho! Ho!" about, I wonder? 8O And he's an elf! Which, and also due to my lack of earlobes, leads me to believe I've got some elfin blood running through my veins... Which, in all honesty, would explain an awful lot.

Good fortune,

- Icarus loves a good belly laugh...

A little like a nervous reflex with me...when I'm really stressed out or around people I'm uncomfortable with. 8O

I like the way Age1600 puts her main questions in bold, so I can get straight to the point and then decide based on what the question is whether or not I want to read the whole thing. For someone with no life, I sure am impatient when it comes to reading.
Anyway, I giggle over random s**t all the time, whenever I say "power bottom", or just think of saying it, I can hardly stop myself from laughing.
But thats just one example, I get all giggly over lots of things. I'm not sure if I ever giggle over absolutely nothing though, there is always some stupid reasons for it for me.

I don't laugh over absolutely nothing, but a lot of times I laugh at stuff that I think is funny, but no one else does. I also tend to laugh in inappropriate situations sometimes. I'm not sure why.
