As in, Mutation by Donna Williams.

She just released it and it's absolutely gorgeous. Her first album alternated between dark and gentle... this one's about triumph.

You keep finding all the reasons to close the door.
You keep minding that we're too many too ignore.
We may seem in the gutter from up there where you are.
Maybe you don't know we still see the same stars.
Beautiful behavioural mutations...
We ask that weird be not synonymous with feared.

Has anyone else ordered it? What did you think?

Hmmm.....That looks very interesting...I'll listen to some samples once I get to a computer with sound :P  Souds like something I'd like, though. One question...do the liner notes have the lyrics in them?

I have never heard of her. Is she mute? That does sound like a good song, though.

Yes, all the lyrics are printed in that little leaflet inside the CD cover.

No wonder that name sounds familiar, Pyraxis.

Woah! Holy crap! I'm amazed that A. This exists and B. That it is listenable. I don't think I'd buy it but I'm swamped for new music right now. ((Am trying to verse myself in a new genre))

If I could sing for crap I'd submit some stuff to Dr. Demento. I can't really write music but I can do pretty decent parodies.
