Florida always is good for making the headlines with stories that highlight how dumb some Floridians are and how amusing they can be as a result. There were 2 stories literally on top of one another in the Odd news section in Yahoo that came from Florida. Both involves 2 trash bags left--- and found--- on the roadway. Of course, both bags contained contents which would land their owners in jail/prison. But they are not the same... Enjoy these wonderful Florida tales...
