Not sure if this is the right forum or not, but for fans of the author Terry Pratchett, it's unfortunately been reported he has been diagnosed with alzheimers.

You wouldn't blame the guy for being monumentally pee-oh'd about the whole situation, but going by the linked article, he seems to be taking it with grace and humour. "An Embuggerance" - how cool is he?

That is sad news but with the advancements that have been made in treating Alzheimers he will be around to write many more books, as he says.
