18 km (11 miles) on a bike with kids turns out pretty exhausting.

I don't know why I'm saying this, but the MCU film Black Widow had a lot of emotion to it.

I saw it yesterday. Only two other people were with me in the auditorium.

Humans are individually smart but collectively dumb.

Individually, they're aware of the rat race being pointless, their current idea of prosperity and happiness is unsustainable, that plenty of things in social media or the news is either misinformed or lies, and modeling themselves after the lucky few who got billions before retiring age is ridiculous.

Yet collectively, they play along with the rat race, are depressed and still longing for more without any regard for the environment or economy, that they do not care if it's the truth or a lie as long as they along with what they read and watch, and they follow to be one of the lucky few and pass it to everyone else too.

Why?
They're too busy surviving. They're all afraid. Or that they don't care. They just echo the loudest and 'dominant' of them all.

Humans are barely nurtured individually as it is, and are collectively abused.

Individually, they know deep down. And that everyone, too, know to be true.

But collectively, they're overwhelmed and conflicted.
And they really don't know that -- it's the same with everyone else and not just them.

I've had nightmares of being at work for a full shift before. Then I wake up and get to do it all over again for real. :cry:
