The library was busy.

I was listening to the song, 'London Pride' by Vera Lynn earlier on today. That got me into the mood for all things London. It's the first time this has happened in a few years. I knew that spirit would come back. What better way to celebrate than with The Kinks.

Maybe Swinging London doesn't work for me anymore. Good, old-fashioned, warlike CockneyRebel. I can just hear my high school resource room teacher saying, "What works for everybody else might not work for Shelby (my name)." "Okay, now what works for Shelby?" It angers me, because I know she was right. The 40s work for me, apparently.

What I thought was my London Pride sure faded fast.

hahaah i recall the raid on Fil, we had just moved so werent very inconvenienced
they took everything away, also from the daughters, Sils offices, everything they couldn't work without
everybody's telephone was listened, after that and sometime, Fil would throw in the word(ben laden) in every call
** in some rich people feud they used a story to falsely accuse,
the whole thing never ended up as something, stupid games and stupid prizes at most

Today is the first day without rain in August.

It is not as hot here today. We might get rain.

Went for a drive today.

It’s always annoying to dream about cleaning, and wake up to find that you did all the work but nothing actually got done.

I have lots of dreams about cleaning.

Units

WP needs to be brought back to life. Too many people get into arguments and than people leave. I also don't like it when older members attack new members in their first thread.

I hope we get some rain over the next few days. We are still in the heat here.

I hope there's rain in my part of Canada as well.
