Why is it that I only ever get hungry in the stomach between 10pm - 6am, but the only reason I ever eat during the day is when I get dizzy (I never get hungry in the stomach during the day, even though I don't really eat that often or much)?

sometimes i dont know Im hungry untill it manifests itself as a headache.

Matbe in the daytime you're too busy to notice your stomach hunger. And at night things are slowed down in your schedule and you notice it more easily.

Food is like an obsession for me, apart from music. I'm not as fat as that sounds, but I just love food.

Hehehehe.

I used to believe that all food was poisoned. Well, that was a while ago. I don't want to think that again.

Just those thoughts would poison me.

It was not good; being hungry all the time yet being plagued with imaginary things telling me that the food was poisoned. This also stopped me drinking water. After 2 days of not putting anything into my mouth, I had clinical dehydration and was threatened with IV fluids if I didn't drink or eat.

I enjoy my meals and my mom's cooking. The smell of good food makes me hungry. I don't feel compelled to eat late in the evening. In fact, our family eats quite early, at 3 p.m. That's the way I like it.

I also have a hunger for knowledge and gathering information and read about a variety of things.

What I don't understand is, when the Mum and daughter come home from school next door, the Mum gives her daughter a huge snack at 4.30pm. Why don't they just eat dinner? And then they eat dinner at 8 or 9 pm. What is the point eating dinner so late when you're going to go to bed? Dinner is to keep you full, you don't need that during sleep.

Huge snack, is good. Dinner near to bedtime is not good.
