I've had reoccurring dreams. They're not usually of any particular subject matter, and which ones repeat is seemingly random. I used to have one as a child that was about chasing a cat, and that's all it was.

Same question.

Yes, mostly about falling or driving.

How do you deal with anxiety?

With violence. Or anything that exerts physical force like exercise.
I'm not kidding. Most of my intense emotions are always to do with something violent or any use of excessive physical force.

Even when I'm happy. More so if I'm very happy.

Same question.

Depending on how mentally healthy I am at the time I either run it off or I eat until I feel sick and then eat some more.

Can you handle wearing two pairs of socks when it's cold?

I actually just started to try this. I can't wear them in shoes/boots, but around the house I can manage (if they are the right size/texture). I have Raynaud's disease, so it is important that I keep my extremities warm.

Same q

I never wear two pairs of socks even when the weather is cold.

What is your shoe size?

Currently 2 pairs of the same design velcro sandals of two different colors. Unknown brand.
It's the only ones I can afford that currently fits my too wide for usual sizes feet.

How often do you have any form of headaches and/or stomachaches?

Not that often, but I once had a headache (in 1983) that lasted about three weeks, and was a side effect, I believe, of an attack of Anterior Uveitis.

Have you ever experieced hypnagogic hallucinations?

I'm not sure if those are the same as the hallucinations I get when I experience sleep paralysis? I can't remember it ever happening as I fall asleep, but I often get hallucinations when I wake during a sleep paralysis. I've woken to the sight (and sounds) of bedroom blinds being violently shaken by an invisible entity, to the sensations of someone/something kneeling on my back, also to my infant daughter floating above my bed. It's freaky as hell.

Bedding: I have a duvet and two pillows. Oh and a heavy blanket when it's cold. I'm more interested in my duvet cover which is a classic from the 1980s and has the appearance of a snooker table. Some of the balls have 'signatures' of popular players from the era on them.

Do you like your bedding tucked in around you, or loose so you can stick your feet out?
