I spend US$60-$70 per week on groceries for myself, and I eat everything I want, including meat, fruits and veggies. I guess food is inexpensive here. But I buy zero prepared foods (except salsa) and almost nothing on boxed/bagged/drinkable snacks. I eat mostly meat, eggs, broccoli, leeks, spinach, salsa, greek yogurt, frozen strawberries and blueberries, peanut butter, various grains and powdered protein, coffee, cream, cottage cheese, apples. Lately I've been making a soup with ramen, broccoli, shrimp, and that's going to be less expensive than my usual dinner, and I haven't bought greek yogurt in a while. Probably half my budget has been greek yogurt and the things I flavor it with.
