I can for a bit until I mess up. I never had the coordination to hula hoop, but I may be able to now.

Can/could you do pull-ups?
(I never could and still can't. I don't think I have the muscle tone to pull my bodyweight up. lol)

^^^30 pushups is pretty good for a non-pushuper :wtg:

due to dodgy hips i haven't done any pushups since last year. in the army i did about 75. in my old age i did about 5 but they were modified pushups to accomodate sore elbows, i would go into the plank position for a count of five, then rise for a count of five.

when is the last time you ran a mile?

Probably a couple years ago for school. I've walked a mile a few times since then though.

I also used to be able to do 50 or so push-ups when I actually exercised regularly. Not much better than now. :P

Are/were you good at sit-ups, or do you find them harder than push-ups?

^^^50 pushups is military-grade, literally. :wtg:
i maintain my core strength with crunches every night. hafta do it for my back. they are harder for me, more painful, than pushups.

I've found sit-ups easier than push-ups, but once again it's due to muscle tone. My arm muscles sometimes give out easier/faster than my leg and abdominal muscles.

Do you like carbonated water, or whatever it's called?

Unsweetened cashew milk. It's good in oatmeal.
