What causes the most chaos in your life?

Whoops! I seem to have missed this one. My previous answer was things that bring serenity.

Things that bring chaos:

Lack of privacy
Misophonia
Bright lights
Multitasking
Paperwork
Uncomfortable clothes
Not having a trash bin (I go nuts)
Losing things

Overachiever: No. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but at simple everyday tasks. I don't strive for more than I can handle.

Do you stock up on items in bulk or buy as needed?

I don't buy items for myself yet, but I do feel like buying in bulk makes more sense.

Q: Do you have any special abilities from Aspergers? If so, what is it or are they?

Nothing that I can think of that can be viewed as "special."

Would you watch The Twilight Zone, The Night Gallery, or The Outer Limits?

Only if someone asked me to watch them as I would have to manage my time and alter things around to do so.

To be brutally honest here, yes as such things are a relic of the past; and, we really don't need anything reminding us of the barbaric and unequal feudalistic system, which monarchies were part of for centuries now.

I have tried to paint before. I'm better at it than I am at drawing.

I love cycling and I used to be quite accomplished at mountain biking.
I haven't ridden since my first stroke and I don't think I'd have enough balance now.

I can ride a bike, but I don't have good enough balance or coordination to do it well. I love riding them, though I avoid it because I used to get made fun of for not being able to do it well.

Can you swim?

Yes I grew up on boats and with swimming pools so it was a prerequisite in my family.

I can't swim well, but I still like swimming. I've been taught how to do so, coordination issues just make it hard. lol

Do you wear sunscreen when there's a lot of sun?

I don't go outside if there's a lot of sun. 8) My house is my sunscreen. But yeah, if I had no choice I'd wear sunscreen with UVA and UVB with about a 100 SPF.

My mother has melanoma and lost all her hair from radiation, so I take skin cancer seriously.

I wear SPF 50 sunscreen whenever I go outside if it's not cloudy, because I am also worried about skin cancer. I have gotten a lot of really bad sunburns even with sunscreen since I'm blonde and pale as hell, so I already have a higher risk of skin cancer and don't want to make it worse.

Do you have a skincare routine?

I'm a redhead and pale as hell with pale blue grey eyes. Many people in my family have had skin cancer and I've already had about ... 10? ... spots removed which were precancerous or borderline.

I'm glad you wear sunscreen! My mother's melanoma is on her head. She always wore sunscreen but not on her head, and she didn't wear sun hats very often. Note to everyone: Wear a hat!!

My skincare routine is to wash my face, not wear makeup, and use day cream / night cream daily. I do a very occasional exfoliation but not very often because they can be drying.

I wash my face and put lotion on, which is kind of it. I've been using this toner on my face lately, but I don't know if it's doing anything... lol

I put sunscreen on my face and neck (including the back of it), since I've heard people don't do that as much and end up getting cancer in those places.

That's also a lot of spots to get removed, yikes! I hope you never have to deal with actual skin cancer.

Do you use an actual calender at all?

Ha! I have two 2019 Brontë wall calendars hanging in my house because I like the pictures.

I figure they'll be right again in 2025 so I'll just use them as wall art in the meantime. :P It's not like anyone comes to my house to see them, and realise how weird I am.

I don't write on wall calendars so I'm able to just ignore them and enjoy the pictures.

I use a dayplanner and my phone calendar for actual plans.

How about you?
