I didn't like going new places and was a relatively picky eater. I also refused to read non-picture books for awhile when I was really little, because the pages didn't have the smooth texture those ones do and I can't handle touching the dry, coarse texture of paper.

Do you play any video games?

... I'm not currently using or/and owning any PC or laptop or just any platforms now.

I love video games. I've been playing FFXIV lately (PC). I even logged into an old Anarchy Online account just for fun recently. There's something about immersive online worlds that draws me in.

Yes, I'm currently playing Oblivion. I mostly play RPGs (Elder Scrolls, Dragon Age, Fallout) and strategy games (Paradox, Total War, Civilization, Age of Empires).

I try to answer most questions, though lately I haven't been able to think clearly enough to come up with good responses for even threads like this, so I'll admit I've been skipping a lot of questions I see.

Does painting count? I want to finish a painting I started in 2019. I haven't touched it since my best friend/ESA passed away in Feb 2020. He would always sit next to me while I was painting, keep my feet warm, etc. It just feels like I'm moving on from/fully accepting his death if I start working on it again. It makes no sense, but it just feels incredibly painful when I think about completing it.

Were you a picky eater as a child? If so, please describe your experience. Has this carried over into your adult life as well?

Yes. It's usually the texture and unknown flavors.
As a child, I tend to avoid a lot of unfamiliar foods altogether because of that. It's also been that way all the way to teenage years.

Still picky and very taste sensitive as an adult.
Only difference is that I'm more than willing to try something new, and that I'm capable of tolerating a lot of tastes I don't like out of politeness.
And I'd be able to figure how to acquire tastes if given opportunity.

There's still limits towards eating foods and flavors I found to dislike.
