Yes, unfortunately I was maid-of-honour several times for people. (I say unfortunately because I'm so shy).

To me, an exchange of wedding vows should be private and intimate like making love.

It freaks me out when people have so many guests they need to use a microphone to say "I do".

I'd have to check my SPD diagnostic report but I think it said mostly hyper (misophonia, photophobia, migraine from smell).

The only hypo I can think of is taste. That's why I make everything so spicy - so I'll be able to tell I ate something.

My Interoception is hypoactive too.

Unless in state of mind or body when I cannot. Like burnout or exhaustion.

No, although I killed my sister in my dreams once and woke up crying and apologising. I do dream then of the future a few times though which is cool, so I dream something then 6-18 months later it happens. I can also pin point which one of these are likely to happen, so I get a strange sense of deja vu when it happens later on. The conversations are generally spot on too
