Vote for your favorite band and if you want to, list some of your favorite songs/albums.

You should have also added "I don't like heavy metal bands" to your poll...many Autistic and AS individuals don't like LOUD music.

Where is Dream Theater on that list? Or Rush? Bah! Those two bands in the matter of technic and complexity can blow any of the other listed bands away. My vote so far is for Dream Theater, which is not on that list.

Dream Theatre (also takes my vote) and Rush are great bands. I like very much Queensrÿche, Scorpions and many other bands that weren't listed above!

I usually can't stand death metal... but I do like NIN, Rammstein (I listen to a lot of electro, so they get credits for pioneering a new movement within that), some Slipknot is ok... Dream Theatre just reminds me of my death metal loving brother though, lulz.

I voted for Children of Bodom, although I'm also a fan of Nightwish, Megadeth, Judas Priest and Metallica.

I would have likely voted for Blind Guardian had they been listed.

I would say Emperor, Summoning, or Night Conquers Day. I love black metal with an otherwordly, ethereal, mystical, and dark atmosphere.

Out of the listed bands, Iced Earth, Black Sabbath or Megadeth. But my real favourites are Dark Tranquillity and Devin Townsend's works. Since May 2007, my most listened artist, however, has been Jeff Buckley, with Dark Tranquillity coming in second, the Beatles third and Devin Townsend fourth.

Blind Guardian is a very stellar band! I especially love the album Somewhere Far Beyond with its magical and adventurous aura.
